Garfield Park Conservatory tour exploration at competitive rates along with the Prompt Bus Charters in US

Garfield Park Conservatory will engage you with its historic importance and you will come to know that it is a publicly owned botanical garden, operated by the Chicago Park District. You will appreciate its glass and metal prairie-school structure designed by noted landscape architect Jens Jensen.
Some of the highlights include the Children’s Garden, the Demonstration Gardens, and the Monet Garden, based on Claude Monet’s garden at Giverney, France.
Make and Take: Gnome Bank
Date: Friday, April 1
Time: 2-3pm
Fee: $8 per child Ages: 3-12
Get inspired by our gnome display and paint your own ceramic gnome bank to take home. All supplies will be provided. Fee also includes admission for one adult. Registration required.

Intro to Herbs for Kids
Date: Saturday, April 2
Time: 10-11am
Fee: $5 paid to instructor Ages: 6-12
Bring the youngsters and join the Herb Society of Central Indiana in learning all about growing and using herbs! $5 payment made to instructor on day of program.

Hatha Yoga
Date: Saturday, April 9th
Time: 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Fee: $10 Ages: Adult
Escape winter in the Conservatory for a meditative morning yoga practice. Program will be led by our in-house 500 hour certified yoga instructor, and will help rejuvenate mind and body for students of all experience levels.

Jungle Tales
Date: Tuesday, April 12th
Time: 10 -11 a.m.
Fee: $5 Ages: 2-5
This popular preschool program focuses on the rain forest and our local environment. Join us each month for a different nature-related story, activity, and craft. This program fills up fast and pre-registration is required.

Orchid Show
Date: Saturday, April 16 & Sunday, April 17
Time: Sat-Sun 10 am – 5 pm
Fee: $4 per person, $10 per family (1 or 2 adults, 1+ children)
This weekend, the Garfield Conservatory will be filled with many displays of blooming orchids from across the Midwest, all competing for awards. Come check out this annual event presented by the Central Indiana Orchid Society. Vendors will also be available with orchids for sale.
